  1. Please include the # (hashtag) in front of your order number to gain access to the portal
  2. Please use the email address associated with the order

 

**Returns may take up to 7 working days to process once they've been returned.

  • If you have ordered with SWAP protect and wish to make a claim, this can be done via the claims portal here.

UK ORDERS

*All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. 

We ship with DPD Next Day Delivery and Royal Mail 1st Class Post 

+ DPD Next day delivery (When ordered before 1pm): Delivered the next working day. (Excludes weekends)

+ Royal Mail 1st Class Post: Delivered within 2 - 3 working days 

USA ORDERS

*All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. 

We ship with Fedex International (2-4 business days)

 

EU ORDERS

*All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. 

*Customs and Import Duties may apply.

+ Fedex International : 2-4 working days

+ Royal Mail international: 7-14 working days

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return any unworn item/items from the date you receive your order. 

We do not offer free return labels however we do send out exchanges free of charge.

FAQ's

Will my postage be refunded if I want to return an item?

Postage for all returns (domestic and international) is covered by the customer. Away That Day sends out domestic exchanges free of charge, however postage for international exchanges is covered by the customer.

How long will it take for my funds to appear back in my account?

After we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed, or 5 working days for your exchange to be sent. If you need an exchange urgently, please email [email protected].

Can I exchange my item/s for a different style?

We happily accept exchanges. All exchanges are based on stock availability and can only be exchanged for the same item in a different colour / size as long as they are the same cost value. If the exchanged style is more in value than your original item, we will need to process a refund and the item you want will need to be ordered through the website.  

Can I return sale items?

We have final sale items and also normal sale items:

Final sale: All final sale items will be clearly marked final sale in the product title and can only be returned for store credit. 

Sale: Any items on sale that are not marked 'final sale' in the product title can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. 

Can I return Gift Cards?

Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be refunded nor exchanged for monetary value. All Gift Card codes have no expiry date, so your code will not expire and you can use it whenever you wish. 

Do I have to pay for my return label?

We do not offer free return labels. You may purchase a return label via our online returns portal, or alternatively email [email protected] for our returns address if you would prefer to post your return using a postal service of your choice.
